I would like to spend a few days sightseeing the Grand Canyon as well as a few days in Las Vegas?
Have been to Las Vegas before. What would be the best way to do this? Either Las Vegas first or last. Would not matter. Thanks
If you’re going to the Grand Canyon to just check it out, look over the edge and enjoy the amazing scenery I suggest going for a day and a night. You can see the Canyon and all the visitor locations in one day. Spend an entire day there checking it out, get a local hotel (maybe in Williams, Arizona just outside the park gates) and spend the night so you are not suffering the 300 mile drive (or ride) back after spending all day touring the Canyon.

I just saw a thing from AAA that had a package deal that included bus rides to the rim and accommodations in both areas. You may want to check into that if your into that kind of thing. I personally just let them give me maps and book my hotels for the discounts. That way the rest of the time is my own.

Use Vegas as base camp. Take a bus trip out to the Grand Canyon.
