Where I live, they was in the process of building a new shopping and business district. They built a few successful things (Bass Pro, Cinema, Red Robbins) but there was also supposed to be a mall. They built the building but the rooms are all empty. Same thing can be seen here.

Most of the one above the Sierras and up into the great western plains and into the great plains are safe. THere are poisonous one but if you live in the western desert or in the great plains you should be fine.

this is all over america it looks like. We have houses sitting empty foreclosed. 1 mall completely shut down and another with 10% occupancy. There was a neighborhood that had a few houses built but they tore them down and did not build anymore. It is so sad I don’t see a lot of hiring signs either. We have gun stores and liquor shops. We had a robbery in my area about a year a go and this is a good area.

LV is a desert, it gets really hot and really cold too.
It’s a lot easier to be homeless in a place with great weather compared to places like northern states where it’s freezing cold most of the time.
Why is he just talking about Las Vegas? Vegas is suffering because the rest of the country is suffering. we are NOT the #1 city to suffer. Why is he not looking at Detroit or (two cities in CA are worse than Vegas)?
Vegas needs the rest of the country to recover so people will be able to take vacations and explore the “world–in one city”

vegas is greedy. the whole county consume more water than its 3 neighborhood states to it. why build a city like that with no resource of water or anything.
