Vegas – Grand Canyon – Hollywood Trip – 1992 (part 1)
My traveling companion, “the Captain” and myself, headed out on another road trip. This time, there were 3 destinations: We would land in Las Vegas, and then drive to the Grand Canyon, and then drive to Hollywood, and back to Las Vegas. Greg tried to change the Hollywood destination at one point to go see the Petrified Forest in Arizona. This road trip was the last one we went on that was documented with this video camera. We went on a Costa Rica trip and another cruise, before the trips stopped all together…we are trying to get together for another road trip and apply to go on The Amazing Race. Who knows? Anyway, in this chapter, we get to Las Vegas and check out our Hotel and then explore the city.
