Educated answers are encouraged. I don’t want opinions that are stereotypical PLEASE!
nothing, the indians dont usually have it set to pay off as often or as much as the vegas places do but they are in areas that dont have huge competitions for the gambling dollar, vegas is more glitzy and has more entertainment. ive only been to one indian casino in arizona, and i live in las vegas.

I am planning a vacation with my g/f to Vegas and we would like to do other things other than gambling or the local "lights". We don’t want to travel too far but we will have a rental car. Were pretty much game for anything except sports. Shopping, crafts, museums, food are definately what were thinking of. Of course who knows who has a unique idea of what to do other than you of course. What happens in vegas stays in vegas – right (not in a kinky way either – freaks).
I’ve been to Vegas several times. My boyfriend grew up there. I don’t like to gamble either but the casinos aren’t just casinos. Cesar’s palace has a great shopping area and Fashion Show mall is nice. There’s tons of shows you can go see, and the nightclubs are some of the best in the entire world. As far as history, there really isn’t much but you can go downtown and check out Fremont St. but it’s not going to be as exciting as staying around the strip. Madame Tussauds in the Venetian is also pretty cool to check out and Mandalay Bay’s buffet is probably the best buffet there. There’s soo much to see and do. You guys will have a blast.

My friends and I are non gamblers but we want to go to Las Vegas to have fun.
Both Valley of Fire State Park and Red Rock Canyon just outside of Las Vegas are beautiful, scenic areas worth visiting. Also, check out the Fremont Street Experience, Bellagio Fountains, Volcano Eruption at the Mirage, Mirage Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat, The Flamingo Wildlife Habitat, Liberace Museum, Ethel M. Chocalate Factory, and the observation deck of the Stratosphere Tower.

Lots of things. I do very little gambling. There are so many shows in town, even afternoon shows, I spend my money on them.
Also I like to see the casinos so we walk through as many as we can.
We also try different things to eat. So many places to pick from
There are lots of tours to take too.
There are the Belagio fountains, TI pirate show, the Mirage Volcano. But tiger displays, lion displays, dolphines. Plus many museums.
Gambling is such a small part now.

does anyone know a good place to gamble in las vegas that has cheap stakes? like dollar black jack or craps please let me know thanks
Just look for smaller casinos off strip. The big flashy ones are not going to offer dollar blackjack or anything like that.
But even the small casinos are not going to offer such low stakes during peak times. Such as most evenings, weekends and so on.
In all honesty I have to question the point of playing dollar blackjack. If you can’t afford to play at normal stakes, I wonder if Vegas is the sensible vacation choice for you.

In Las Vegas, they’ve taken all the fun out of gambling. Is Macao a little more laid back, or are the practices just as rigid?
In regards to fun in gambling, I would stay Vegas is more laid back. There are many serious, action gamblers in Macau. Couldn’t find anywhere with a poker room. I walked into various casinos without much business (too quiet) and found it quite uncomfortable. Whereas Vegas, every casino on the strip is lively.
If you do visit Macau, I would recommend staying at Wynn or Sands. Service and hospitality are good there.

i am going to las vegas in may for couple of days. wats there to do for a 21year besides drinking and gambling. anything fun to do??
Go see the lions at MGM grand.
Ride the Rollercoaster at New York New York (A MUST–go at night)
Ride the rides on top of the stratosphere
Go to Margaritaville and listen to some good music and take in the environment while enjoying a bite to eat
Go to the venecian. It will take your breath away from the moment you walk in.
Go to Freemont street at night for a lightshow and a glimpse of old Vegas. Its a very unique and exciting environment. You feel like you go back in time.
Theres so much. I went there 6 times before I was 21 and able to do any drinking or gambling and I still had a great time. All of the hotels on the strip are amazing. There is something unique about each one and you can easily spend a couple days exploring them all and the little adventures they take you on.
