I am going to Las Vegas for the first time this Friday. We stay there for 2 nights. What can we do.
We are staying at Riviera Hotel (on the strip) . Are there any things to do or sightsee nearby the Hotel? Thank you so much.
I have lived in Las Vegas for over 10 years and I can tell you that it is not all about strippers, gambling and sleazy lifestyles. Las Vegas has some of the best restaurants in the U.S. Las Vegas has a lot more to offer like Mt. Charleston with snowboarding and great hiking trails and Red Rock Canyon with beautiful scenic drives, wildflowers, and more. The MGM grand has several good restaurants as well as Mandalay Bay and don’t forget about the places off of the strip like Green Valley Resort. It’s a beautiful hotel with lots of nice places to eat and party as well. Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville at the Flamingo Hilton is a great place to dance, eat, and sip cool magaritas without having to be trendy or cool to get in.Sports nuts will love the ESPN cafe at the New York Ne York. Las Vegas is also the only place that you can go from Paris to Italy to New York in one night. So, walk the strip, see the fountains at Bellagio, then breakfast at the poolside cafe at the Wynn and shop, lunch, or see a movie at Town Square. Enjoy!
I am having a problem finding transportation for 26-28 people. We need them picked up Friday 11/2 430pm at the Luxor, taken to The Church of the West and then from the wedding to Roy’s Restuarant on Flamingo. If the price is right, I would also like them to return the guests to the Luxor after the reception. I do not want a "party bus", but some kind of minibus. any ideas?
check out some wedding sites, hope this helps
Sightseeing for the day, going to Primm Valley, NV for lottery tickets too and slots. Thanks
Check any of the tour companies. They all advertise in the tourist magazines. I know there are a couple that run a day trip to Primm for free. At the very least, try Magic Tours at (702) 380-1106 or Sightseeing Tours Unlimited at (702) 471-7155. Hope that helps.
Club crawl, party hopper, vip party bus, club hopper. Call it want anyone have any experience with it? For those who dont know what I mean let me explain.
Some friends and myself are planning on doing two club hoppers. One though clubvivalasvegas.com and the other through nitetourslasvegas.com. From what I have been reading, the nite tours one is the better of the two we just want to know what others have thought. What are age range on these tours and are there more singles or couples?
Nitetours is owned by a very good friend of mine Darin Feth and the experience is one of the best that you will have in Vegas. The groups will be totally mixed though Darin tries to do his best to mix male and female equally as this tends to make a better night. The groups have singles, couples, groups young and all its comple mix.
Nitetours has been going somthing like 17 years they are the best in the business.

Have Fun
…lots of (club) music, and booze…Just like your regular dance/lounge/club, but rolling on wheels…
I went on one in Las Vegas with 50 people and had a great time…then the bus dropped us off at Club Tao in the Venetian….as if getting drunk on the bus wasn’t enough…
Nope but I would love to!

Hi, we are going on a road trip from San Diego, CA to Las Vegas, NV.
How do we get there? hahaha and, are there any interesting places on the way that we should stop at to sightseeing?
Thanks so much!!!!
Interstate 15 of course. You may wish to take 215 (right after Temecula) which will merge back into 15 a bit further north (my choice).
You have to be pretty easily amused to find anything worth sightseeing about on the way. There is a huge outlet shopping center just before Barstow if you are into that sort of thing.
I absolutely hate traffic, so I usually leave SD around 4:30 am and have a pleasant, smooth drive. But that lands you in Vegas before noon which isn’t the greatest arrival time. If you can put up with the traffic, leave in the afternoon and arrive in Vegas at night. You can see the lights of Vegas 10’s of miles away. Approaching Vegas at night is spectacular.
