A short ride on the Grand Canyon bus. The driver likes to comment over the pa all the time. When a pedestrian quickly crosses at Hopi Point overlook, listen for him singing “here we come, just a’ walking in front of the bus, singing la-di-da-….”. He also explains about mistletoe in the trees, and the fact that a bus driver saying “off we go” may not be the best way to annouce departure at the edge of the Grand Canyon cliffs

The old city bus’ screaming engine, straining to get up the hills, entertains us on those rare occasions where the bus driver isn’t joking or teaching…

I recommend him for Bus Driver of the Year award.
