Espaniola calls it ‘Intimate Fine Dining’ and that is exactly what they offer. Espaniola has been private chef to the likes of Lance Burton and Blue Man Group during his tenor in Las Vegas. . After culinary college, he had the opportunity to work and experience the exceptional kitchen of the Emeril Lagasse’s Delmonico Steakhouse. ‘Intimate’ is tucked back into the shopping center – at the NW corner of Valle Verde and Horizon Ridge Parkway- that already has a strong reputation among local foodies and food critics due to the presence of Two Sisters Tea Room, Settebello Pizzeria Neapolitan and the Valley Cheese & Wine Store, three of Henderson’s most buzz-worthy food destinations. Intimate fine dining has already been called the” zenith of fine dining’ in Henderson.

At ‘Intimate’ Don and his small staff focus all week long on producing an unparalleled culinary adventure of a few singularly exceptional six to ten course meals . There is only one seating at 7:30pm and they are only open three nights a week. The rest of the week, “we are sourcing our ingredients from several specialty purveyors and messing around in the kitchen coming up with dishes. We like to have everything planned out and tasted by Tuesday for dinner on Thursday. People have no idea how much it takes just to make even a few ten course meals perfectly,” the Chef says.
